Roasted Veggie Question....

I am roasting asparagus for dinner but would like to add brussel sprouts too - they are frozen.

I roast the asparagus by tossing in olive oil and crushed garlic, salt and pepper

Do you think the frozen sprouts would work?

    hmmmm i am wondering if you should maybe even just semi thaw them for a few min so they can all cook at the same rate? not really sure!!!:huh:

    THat's a good idea - we've got company tonight so I think I'll skip trying it as guinea pigs til it's just us.

    Totally! I throw everything on a cookie sheet and sprinklerolive oil with pepper and salt. It's always good. (I would defrost the BS first, though)
