Any ideas on what I can do to help my core/love handles?

Hey guys :)
I eat relatively healthy, around 1500-1600 calories a day, and I try to run around 3 miles every day, and I occasionally do Intensity videos and go to the gym and use the elliptical there.
However, I have always had a bigger tummy since I hit puberty, and I was wondering if any of you guys have an idea to slim it down.
My legs and arms are relatively thin; it's just my stomach I'm really insecure about.
