gained 20 pound since I left miami and it really getting to the point I cant hide it its time to get on the ball

    i live in miami - could part of the reason be that you can't SWEAT as muchh as you did here?:laugh:

    thanks guys, I am just so horrible, I love to eat and love to look good and it seems like now Im putting food over how I look, its not even dinner time and I went over my calorie intake by 400 lbs, I need discipline what should I do
