okay so lets say my daily calorie goal is 1200 calories.
i eat my 1200 calories without going over, and i workout later and burn 314 calories.
it says my net is 886.
what is this? what is net?
am i going to lose weight from positive net?

If you ate 1200 and burned 314 of those calories through exercise, you've taken in a net 886 calories...(1200-314=886)0

It is the final input of calories inside your body (after calories get placed in whatever you burn through exercise essentially cancels them out, thus providing net calories). That was my first question on here lol.0

Ur net is supposed to be 1200. Basically u need to eat more. It all depends on if ur hungry tho. If u are eat if not don't worry about it0
