Moving to commit second time around

A couple months ago I joined this to find an on-line tool to help get into some healthy lifestyle changes. Since i had heard that writing and keeping a log of what you eat will help keep the weight off..I went with it. Lost a couple pounds and thought I could do it on my own so i slowly slipped away from the site. 8 months later..gained all the weight and some more so now I have learned that this website was helping me. Stubborn me, and thinking I could do it alone. Here I am, looking to getting back to logging food, exercise and looking for support. Looking forward to some great motivation and support as I did earlier in the year. Lets do this:wink:

    Welcome back!

I didnt stick with it the first time around either. I used it on ocassion at first and then sorta lost interest. Around the first of the year I'd had enough and made my resolution.

I'm sticking with it now, although I've had a minor set back with surgery and cannot exercise for a few weeks, I'm still watching what I am eating at a "maintenance" level but still see a minor drop on the scale.

    You CAN do it!
