It is not about dieting

I have been a member for over a year and finally figured it out FOR ME......that is the key words...FOR ME.....I have been counting calories and exercising so much more than what I enjoyed. I have come to undersand it isn't about "dieting" but about finally coming to terms with what YOU really desire...and it is different for EVERYONE...so, I believe, it is imperative for folks to realize it isn't about finding what works for other people but what is IT that make the seekier know that the diet...or the new way of living...is just right for what they have been searching for.

This is critcial...for me...it came when I decided on my birthday that my gift to ME will be learning about Nuitrition. This was important to me as my husnband cooked each night in very healthy ways. However, I didn't want to manage by weight from exercise but from nutrition......this was my turning point....not dieting but through nutrition.....that means, I eat all the time....protein every 2-3 hours...and lots of water...it wasn't until I embraced this philosophy, that I noticed a slow but seay weihg loss. I beleive in thsi understanding bnur ann get a nit weak if I thinkitooo much whjile alone.
