Logging Interval Training

How do I go about logging HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in my exercise diary??
I've looked for things like 'P90X', 'HIIT', 'Interval Training', etc, but I can't seem to find anything that fits what I want?!?
(I'm starting the Insanity workouts tomorrow, and I want to be able to log them)

    'Circuit Training' is an exercise that's available, but I'm not too sure if it's the same idea or if it's accurate?!?

    I looked around, and in the end decided to make a new exercise called 'Insanity Max Interval Training' for myself. I used the count of 150 cal/ 10 minutes because it was the average count of others that had done the program.
