Hi, I just want to share something with you all that I have been doing over the past month.

I started lifting weights 4 weeks ago because my weight loss was slow. I had my measurements taken. Three alternate days a week I do curves circuit for an hour. Then I walk for 30 minutes. The afternoon I do 15 interval stationary bike ( 30 seconds fast, 1:30 slower) Then I do 40 minutes weight lifting. 3 sets of 12 reps.

On the other 3 days I do curves 60 mins, walk 30 mins.

I only started including the weight lifting 4 weeks ago.

I weighed in today. I lost 1.2kg on the scale in a month, but I lost 1.41kg body fat.
I lost 4cm of chest, 3.5 cm of my waist, 3cm of thighs, 1.5cm of arms. Unfortunately I didnt lose any of my abdomen. :( but over all A GREAT RESULT.

I also eat 1700/1800 calories a day. I don't eat back my exercise calories.

Last year I was only eating 1200/1400 calories. I was 5 kgs lighter than I am now but my meaurements were bigger. Just imagine what the next month will bring.. :) hopefully great results also.

I just wanted to share this with you. Because I have increased my calories, I have been doing weights I never thought it could be true that you would lose centimetres but weight more.

hope this helps someone
cheers Queenie.
