24 Hour Challenge - June

Hi guys, are we going to do the exercise 24 hours in June. The May challenge was great. It got me to exercise several more hours than I would have otherwise. Someone mentioned doing more than 24 hours this month. Let me know what the plan is.

I'll start.

Friday June 1st - 45 min walk (23.25 hours left)

    June 1 - 60 mins fast walking
    June 2 - 65 mins exercycle
    21hrs 55 mins to go!

    I'm in!

    June 1- 30 minutes

    I know it isn't a great start, but most days I work out between 30-90 minutes, so I believe it will even out. Plus it might push me on the days I'm only feeling 30 minutes!

    I was able to take several days off throughout the month and still complete the 24hrs, so I think you will be just fine. Although,
    I did have to do some longer workouts some days to complete it. (and it took me until the very last day :) but I did it, which was
    a huge accomplishment for me and I'm in much better shape because of it.
