Still Sore!

I just restarted my old circuit training and working with weights the day before yesterday. I planned to go again today but I'm still really sore. If it was just minor soreness, I'd ignore it. Would it be better to let my body recover and take a rest day today, resuming my circuits on Monday or should I push through the pain and do it anyway?
