Back on track after injury

Hi there, another newbie from Oz here.

After a pretty successful weight loss in 2010/11 I had a mystery hip injury and was out of action for about 3 months. I've been finding it really hard to get back into my exercise routine now that I'm back in action.

I am an impulse eater, and plan my next day's meals and snacks the night before so that I know what I'm eating. So as long as temptation does not cross my path I do OK with food.

I'm forgetful, easily distracted, and known to stay at work after hours to finish "just one more thing". I find having plans and appointments help me to stay balanced.

I'm hoping that having to enter my food and exercise daily on MFP will help me to resist temptation and to stick to my exercise and eating plan.
