    Buffalo, NY USA. My good life is very busy. I need to pay attention to myself, my body and where I want it to be. I never had to look after when I was younger. The past 15 years have been yo-yo years (really not much effort put into it.) In 1992 I was in great form and it all had to do with drinking good water (hexagonal), raw fruits and veggies, grains and nuts. Their are wonderfully tasty dishes on line in raw form if you look them up. I went from 150 lbs to 109lbs in 6 months with glowing healthy skin; very minimal exercise (walking mostly). I was 46yrs old then. Good health is a positive conscious choice. I was too busy to pay attention. I am hoping that if commit to this daily action, I will improve in all areas of my life...without giving up the busy moments that I love.
