Good morning everyone~

Sorry for my absence, but my brother and I went to Vegas for a few days. I would have been back yesterday, but we got stranded in Phoenix for a day!!! UGH! I cannot emphasize this enough..... NEVER fly US Airways! They are horrible, and I am pretty sure they were activiely trying to kill us! On both legs of the flight!

Other than that we had a nice time, I got to catch up with a friend of 20 years, whom i haven't seen in 8. And...........

I lost 2 pounds!! woo hoo!

    I just got back from my 2 week hols and boy have I some making up to do :blushing:

    I gained a lot 8.2lbs ... funny thing is I didn't feel it in my clothes I thought I had got away with it :noway:


    I had a ball but now it's time for some serious making up lol :wink:

    Mornin all

    I did horrible on my cals yesterday and due to the nasty weather here I have not been able to get out and work on my C25K. I will do something tomorrow no matter the weather even if it is just housework.
    Wanted something sweet today but instead of reaching for a donut I grabbed a Diet A&W:love:

    Diet root beer is a great choice for a sweet fix.

    It rained here and I am still very tired from getting up thru the night with the puppy....she did better last night and slept til like 4 or 5 - I was so tired I don't even remeber - but then she's up at 6 when my hubby gets up...shes sleeping so peacefully right now!
    So cute!!!

    Will probably run today - maybe walk - this lack of sleep is really limiting what I am able to do....I didn't exercise yesterday - thought my body needed the rest so today for sure.

    one of the salesman in the office brought donuts in today, I am fighting with everything I have not to grab one. THe ony thing the root beer did for me today is upset tummy. Now I remeber why I am giving up soda.:sick:

    That's no fun!

    Don't you eat a donut - do you know that you'll have to do 2 or 3 C25k workouts to work that off!! So not worth it!

    I did good today with breakfast and I don't want to ruin that with a sugar filled donut.

    I had an english muffin with an egg pepperjack cheese and a slice of pepper turkey lunch meat(yes I like things a little spicy) and it was sooooooo good:drinker:
