I just got mine yesterday and was wondering how did you do all those dvds? On the first dvd there are three circuits and then there is the ab work outs and the cardio dvd. So what I am wondering is how long did you do each circuit or am I supposed to do those all in the same day? How about the ab and cardio did you just what ever you felt like (oh and the yoga one too) and how many rest days did you take on this program?

Ok hope that made some sense lol.

    YOu just follow the calendar
    The first month is the burn circuit
    The 2nd month is the push circuit
    The 3rd month is the lean circuit

    Hmmmm mine did not have a calendar....On my dvd that says one on it has three different circuits on it and so does disc 2 and 3.

    You probably got the abbreviated guidebook that doesn't have the calendar and full guidebook that happened to me too. I got the calendar from the internet.

    Oh you also need the sheets to track your workouts. You can get those right on the beachbody website.

    Yes I must have gotten the shorter version of the guide book because she talked about writing in it as you do the exercise and there is no place in mine for that.
