Does anyone have this book by Tosca Reno? If so, what are your thoughts? Is it worth getting? I have been thinking of getting it and just wanted some input. If you have it, how has it been beneficial to you?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Definitely buy this book. I had worked out for years and never lost weight but after buying her book I realized I had been eating the wrong foods. I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks and have had no trouble keeping it off.0

I have the Eat-Clean Diet Book, which describes what eating clean involves and I have the cookbook. But I am asking about the Workout book. Do you have that one also? Someone told me that you have to have access to commercial equipment, like at a gym. I just want to workout at home and don't have commercial equipment.0 -

Very good. It is the Eat-Clean Diet book by Tosca Reno. I also read Master Your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels which explains how what we eat affect certain hormones that affect our metabolism. I thought both books were great. I would recommend getting them at www.half.com for a lot cheaper than most book stores.
Basically "Clean Eating' is food that is not processed (whole foods), basically things that come from nature, not man made. Jillian is a little more firm on eating organic everything in her book. But it is really interesting to learn that it's not all about calories. You can eat low fat, low calorie foods all the time, but if they are loaded with chemicals and sodium, it could be hindering your weightloss. They are both good reads.0
