    Whole chocolate milk from the farmer's market near my house and the forums on MFP, specifically Single Peeps, haha! I've used it more in the last three weeks than my whole 1.5 years on this site. I've been eating a lot of fish lately also, so at least that's healthy!

    Exersize. It's becomming a problem. This is not a joke.

    This is my week this week - it's getting to the point the only thing stopping me from adding more is that I am so sick of showering and doing laundry. I think I get more endorphines or something I'm seriously having an issue not exercizing. I'm not trying to sound like some weirdo - I'm actually getting worried...

    Mon - zumba, martial arts cardio, weights 2 hrs 30 min
    Tues - zumba, running 2 hours 30 min
    Wed - pump weight class, zumba class 2 hours
    Thr - zumba class, tai chi, running 3 hours
    Fri - yoga, martial arts cardio, weights 2 hours 30 min
    Sat - hike 5-8 hours
    Sun - trying to force myself to rest
