How accurate is a bike's GPS device for tracking calories. My Garmin Edge shows significantly more calories burnt then what "My Fitness Pal" shows?

I usually go with what my walk tracker says because the gps can tell if you're changing elevation (althgh they're not great at it) whereas mfp has no idea what you're doing out there.0

It depends on the device and what method they use for calculation. They are not all the same, even with the same manufacturer. There is an assumption that when using a HR monitor they are even more accurate but again, many of them don't take into account the HR values at all. Personally I wouldn't rely on any of them and use math instead0
