UK Manual Treadmill Recommendations

I know, I know. Manual treadmills are the work of the devil. That aside, can anyone recommend one that can be purchased in the UK and is slightly less...evil?

I'm starting to think forward to winter, having recently booked my first 2013 race. This will be my first winter as a runner, and I'm going to try and get out as much as possible but want a back-up plan for icy days/gale-force winds. I genuinely have no space in my house for a treadmill, which in turn means no power. So, I have to have a manual one, and it has to live in the garage. It also has to fold.

Has anyone here got a manual treadmill they'd recommend? Obviously I'd like something as smooth as possible. Other than that, I'm not really bothered for functions and buttons and gadgets. Thanks!
