This is a very yummy, very filling variation of a recipe I saw here. all you need is:

1.5 cups diced onion
1 TBS canola oil
1 cup diced fresh mushrooms
500 grams cottage cheese (I used 5%)
2 eggs
1 can tuna

1. sautee the onions in the oil, and after a few minutes add the mushrooms.
2. ix in a bowl the cottage cheese and eggs, then add the tuna, onions and mushrooms.
3. put it all in a dish and in an oven that's preheated to 180C.
4. bake 40 minutes, or until it doesn't jiggle

That's it! I want to thank the person who originally posted this!

The pieces will be very low, and I admit that also kind of ugly, but It's very filling.
For 3 slices (which is the most I could eat)

2 suger

enjoy!

  • It does sound good. How many slices in the whole quiche? So we'll know how big 3 slices are?

Thanks for posting the recipe with such detail!

I cut it in to 12, it may look small but it's filling!
