Updated Goals - Thoughts??

Ok - I've updated my goals based on some feedback received from all of you over the last week.

Height: 5'9
Weight: 150
Activity Level: 1-3hrs moderate exercise per week (Weekly Goal to Burn = 510 calories)

Calories: 1400
Proteins: 35%
Carbs: 45%
Fats: 20%

Thoughts??

    I think the calorites are much more realistic, but I know you can get more activity in than that! :smile:
