    Stomp out the monsters ! ! !

DO NOT STOMP ON THEM! That is the worst thing you can do, they automatically release their eggs once stomped on.

I was joking  I get goosebumps just thinking about crispy roaches being stomped on....that sound....and when they get stuck to a shoe...

    KILL THEM WITH FIRE!!!

Are you POSITIVE they are roaches.

    or Palmetto Bug

try to see if your room mate can catch one ( alive or dead) and bring it to an exterminating company or something so you know your treating for the right thing... and if your landlord does nothing about it, im pretty sure it violates health code.

Roach ... Palmeto Bug... the only difference in my opinion is one is freakin huge compared to the other, but that one looks like a huge one of the other. Lived in Florida for a bit. I ended up staying somewhere else the first time I saw one of those evil things in my room. My roommate and I fumagaged our room (it was barracks) and sent them packing. Evil looking things.

I regularly saw Palmetto Bugs as big as the palm of my hand.

A Palmetto bug is a roach. Palmetto bug = Florida Woods Cockroach. The smaller roaches that are most associated with filth are German Cockroaches. When most people say 'Palmetto bug', however, they are referring to American Cockroach or 'Waterbug'.
