I have Isopure Creamy Vanilla protein shake mix at home and I need some good shake recipes! I have one that I am going to try that is a Butterfinger Protein shake recipe (found it in this forum). Does anyone have any tastey protein shake recipes that they use with a vanilla protein mix?

Do a search on Google. Herbalife (I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM) has a bunch.

And sorry about the shouting on not recommending them. They are overpriced and use soy and soy to me is gross so I don't recommend for my own reasons one being I am cheap.

That is ok. I am looking for things that aren't expensive but taste amazing! I just hope they exist.

I found a base protein shake mix (w/several flavor options) on here about 2 months ago that I love!
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup (+/-) water (i only use 1/2 cup)
    rounded scoop protein mix
5-10 ice cubes (if I use frozen fruit I don't need ice cubes)
    (they had 1-3 packets of splenda/stevia/sweet 'n low, but I don't use)
can aslo use a pinch of Xanthax gum from the gluten free section of grocery to thicken it (I don't need to use, my shakes turn out creamy and thick)

I add 1/2 banana and strawberries
(I buy fresh bananas but sometimes they start to go bad w/only using 1/2 a day so I cut them up and freeze them myself.)

They had several options from peanut butter to mocha freeze, but I do best with the bananas and strawberries.

If you use frozen fruit you won't need as many ice cubes (or none)

My protein flavor is vanilla ice cream

Sounds good. What brand protein shake do you have/prefer?

    1 scoop vanilla protein mix
1 cup light vanilla soy milk (or whatever you want to use)
    1 mango (diced)
    1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
    2 TBSP flaxseed
    3 cups spinach
    ice

    mix in blender

This makes a really large shake so you can cut it down! I had it this morning and it kept me full forever!!

Mine is basically the same: 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 2 scoops EAS protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen fruit (I like cherries).

It was about 400 calories, 40g of protein. I usually have it on the weekend when I sleep late and don't get regular meals. I keep meaning to add spinach but I forget!

I really love the orange mango smoothie at starbucks, so I do 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup milk (or coconut milk1/4 cup orange juice, frozen mango (a piece or two) and frozen banana (1/2 lg banana) and maybe an ice cube or two. It's tasty. I do sort of a 1/2 smoothie, because it's usually a snack.
