June Goals

Ive decided that as we're halfway through 2012 that I'm going to set myself a goal to shed half a stone so 7lbs before the end of the month. I think this is a reasonable goal and I've just started the 30DS currently day 5. (although I have missed it out today) sinful Saturday!! I have recently discovered I'm a wicked weekender as I get all my treats at a weekend an am likely to go over my cal goal at weekends then spend the week working extra hard to make up for it! I've now realised this and am trying to be more concious of what I'm eating and cutting down the ammont of the treats I have. For instance we ha an Indian take away and I halved te amount of usually eat on everything then before I could pick at more I threw what was not on our plates in the bin! will have to be more mindfull this weekend as it Brits ate lucky enoughy to have a 4 day weekend and I have booked leave from work till Thursday :-) so I have promised myself I will shred every day this week walk, and run. And be a active as I can...

What goals are others setting? Does anyone else wish to join me on this challenge or June goal?

    That definitely sounds reasonable! I have the same problem on the weekends, it's hard being around food all weekend! A good solution may be to try and get out more on the weekends. If it's nice you could go for a hike or something! (I should take my own advice :P). Sounds like you're trying to be mindful now, which is awesome!

    My goal is to meet with a nutritionist and/or fitness trainer and figure out what my goals should be now that I am limited in my ability to exercise.
