Whats hurting you today and what did u do to earn that pain ?

I tried one of those little wheels you hold onto and roll out while holding your arms straight and pull back with your stomach, chest and shoulders, Omg,, next day pain.... gota do this again,,,

    I did a circuit training workout from Women's Health Magazine, something about getting a bikini body. I did it on Thursday and am still sore!

    only joking, looks aren't the be all end all in a relationship,,, but I won't go there,,,
    well done,, , will ya be doing it again,,,,, 6 weeks normally for a workout they reckon,

    sit ups, push ups and running yesterday....trying to add variety..my muscles are not very appreciative yet
