Running buddy?

I am looking for some motivational buddy- I live in Caldwell Idaho and have been trying to get joined with a running group but always seem to get left out with when and where everyone gets started. None of my friends or family members jog or run and I do need a little help to stay with it:laugh:
Anyone interested??

    Wow...why don't you join us at the MFP Runners club? There's a bunch of us who would be glad to be your running buddy.

    Other than that....I live in WV so I'm too far away...

    Just go to the thread "MFP Runners Club" in the Fitness and Exercise section and post (like you posted here)....

    Ask any question you want....I'm sure someone will have an answer :smile:
