Balsamic Dressing

Options
This is a great homemade, low fat, very low carb dressing that tastes amazing.

It says that a serving size is 3 tablespoons but 2 is plenty for a salad.

Yield
3/4 cup (serving size: 3 tablespoons)

Ingredients
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup minced green onions
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon minced fresh or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
