Thought it was time to update my progress 
I am 53 lbs down from my starting weight which was 298 lbs. I am so glad my friend talked me into starting this journey with her! I always wished I could be smaller but never DID anything to change it. Now, in 115 days I have lost 53 pounds! With support and motivation, it can be done! here are a few before and during pics!
