Weird things you do to stop you from eating unhealthy foods

Does anyone else do anything that may seem odd to help you refrain from eating unhealthily?
For me, it's baking. I bake the most amazing full fat unhealthy treats anyone can ever find. I also spend a lot of time finding new indulgent treats to make. I think it's therapeutic. Something about baking the things I won't allow myself to have for other people really helps me beat temptation.

I just decided to stop eating junk. Potato chips for example offer no nutritional value. at all. None. So why eat them? Diet Coke has artificial sweeteners that may actually make you hungry! Well screw that!
McDonalds, Olive Garden, etc, all calorie pits.
I've been exercising almost daily and I couldn't sabotage all that effort by packing on the calories. It'd be like I did the exercise for no reason at all.
This is not a diet, or an exercise program, it's a lifestyle. And I personally find it to be a total blast! Plus I feel so good when I go out and about, so strong.
When I stopped eating unhealthy foods I started feeling healthy!

I think through the entire experience first. I imagine myself picking it up, chewing, the texture, how I feel when it's gone and how I feel digesting it. It's weird but usually I decide I don't want to eat it after that. I also spend a lot of time looking at crap food in the grocery store without actually buying it.0
