BMR and TDEE????? Help????? Serious Platuea!!!

I have been on My Fitness Pal since the beginning of January 2012 religiously. I try to workout 3-5 days a week using ChaLean Extreme and Turbo Jam and walking my dogs (depending on Texas heat). I get my heart rate up between 110-150 doing cardio and CE.
SW 250LBs:explode: :explode:
waist 45 in
hips 48.5 in
arms 14 3/4in
thighs 28 in
My CW is 235lb at 5'9 with about 40% body fat :explode: :mad: :grumble:
waist 43 in
hips 45 in
arms 14.5 in
thighs 26 in
My GW is 190ish :happy: :flowerforyou: with a waist less than 30 inch

My problem is that I have not lost any weight this year. I have lost inches with heavy lifting( using ChaLean EXtreme) and gained a few back when I stopped per the advice of a trainer :mad:

I have been trying to eat back my exercise calories and staying within my calorie range. I cannot eat below 1600 because I feel so wiped out and cannot function. I have been reading posts about eating your TDEE to lose weight and not eating below your BMR. I went to the Fat2FitRadio website and found out my BMR is 1754 and ;that if I eat my skinny calories using the range of moderate workout 3-5 days a week that I should eat about 2500 calories a day.

Has anyone had success using this formula???
My food dairy is open. Please don't judge me too hard on the last week since my father died.

Any suggestions are welcome.

    I second reading the above thread and joining the group. But yes, I had success in finally getting to my UG after using TDEE. I would much rather be here than at 1200 again.

    I am currently eating 2000 cals a day which is 15% below tdee and I am losing regularly. And enjoying being able to actually eat!

    I wish more people would see this and understand that you can lose weight and eat. :smile: Congrats on the weight loss! And I am a huge advocate of strength training and eating clean, healthy foods to lose weight and inches
