Having Trouble Eating Enough Calories

I just started about 10 days ago, and I'm having major trouble eating enough calories a day. I typically get 2-3 meals in and at least 1-2 snacks, some days I even get 3 snacks in. But I'm still coming up really short for calories.

Typically I'm earning an extras 1000 calories from my workouts.. And putting that much extra into my mouth seems impossible during the day.

I'm suppose to be eating 1260 a day, I can do that fine.. But when it adds in the extra 1k+ for my exercise it becomes impossible.

I really don't want to throw my body into starvation move with all the workouts, but I'm not hungry.

Ideas, help? I'm so new to this.

Maybe cut back on the exercise until your appetite picks up? Just a thought.

Maybe try incorporating a protein shake or smoothie with protein powder?

That's an extremely helpful idea. Typically drinking a smoothie daily anyway so that would be easy to incorporate.

    Thanks!
