Off the Wagon

So here I am with a loss of 17kgs, plateaued seeing nothing happen on the scales for a few weeks, so decided would take a break, not go mad just eat a few more calories, to see if I can shock the body into losing again when I start.

4 weeks later am now 2.5kgs heavier and lost all will to get going again.

How do I get back on that wagon, when am traveling so much with work I find it so hard to stay disciplined.

Any advice welcome
