I think that eating your treat at night is better. Waiting until after dinner helps make sure that your dessert won't put you over your calories. And also it gives you something to look forward to, helping to curb your desire to eat sweets during the day. Plus eating sugar in the morning would cause a sugar crash two hours later. If you sugar crash at bedtime, then you can just go to bed, but if you're at work, it really sucks.0
