Myth or Miracle? Cayenne Sauce Question

Someone recommended I try this concoction of Cayenne pepper, vinegar, horseradish, ginger root. There's a few other ingredients but you get the picture. It's like home-made Tabasco. Has anyone else tried this and/or can you enlighten me on the nutritional signifigance? Thank you.

I am not sure of the exact nutritional concoction you refer to but some suggest that spicy foods help with weight loss. Most are -0- calories too...0

the pepper sauces are zero calories, not the food it is applied to.0
