Hello,
I signed up for MFP a couple of months ago, dropped it after 1 week => I's coming back now and need some support! "Only" 40lbs to loose to be back on the healthy side of life, and I could use (and will need) a support system. I've never loose any weight, I keep gaining a bit here and there, and now it starts to accumulate...
Please friend me if you feel like it!

    I guess I stopped because I don't like to write down that I add a burger and fish and chips the same day? I don't know... I feel demotivated sometimes, and I just drop the diet and whatever could help me stick to it :( Good luck to you! And keep tracking your food each day, it's the best way to make it work! I hope this time is the successful one for me too :D
