New friends that work Overnights or are in the West

Hi there
I am from Ottawa Ontario and am looking for some MFP friends that work nights or that live on the west coast. I am going to be 33 in September. I am a cook so when I am at work I am on the move alot, but my days off are my downfall. I have lost 20 lbs since the middle of January and I have 37 more lbs to loose and the goal is by October.

    I'm not an overnighter, or in the west - I'm midwest - but I'm generally up till 2-3 in the morning central time. If that's late enough to be helpful to you, you're welcome to add me.

    hi!! i work 12 hour shifts at night.. mostly from 7pm til 7a.... working nights is very hard... specially eating right!! or even getting a good sleep during the day...
