Weight watchers scales??

Hi,
After losing and gaining the same stone about 5 times in this last year, I am back into it again. I have been following MFP and logging my food for the past week (again) and have weighed myself this morning.
Question is- I have used my new weight watchers scales which measure weight, body fat %, hydration and actual body fat. Now I have been dieting now for hundreds of years and know all about water weight loss, muscle gain with exercise etc and was very pleased to see that my weight loss was 4.5 llbs and my actual fat loss was 3 lbs, thus suggesting that I have only lost 1.5 lbs of water/lean muscle. The reason I wanted these scales is I lift weights and it doesnt always show weight loss on the scale, but hopefully it will show fat loss!! Ok, I am now actually getting to the question, after all the waffle - do you think this is relatively accurate? Iget the same numbers when I get on and off again (rare for my scales I have had in the past) Does anyone have these scales and if so what are your opinions. I know accurate fat is hard to measure and therefore fat loss, but would the trend be accurate - if you know what I mean!!

I have these scales - and as you already know, accurate body fat % is very hard to measure, so the figures are only a very rough indicator.0
