The voice inside your head that says "you can't do this" is a liar. I am going to give my workout absolutely everything today, tomorrow & all the days that follow until the strong determined woman on the inside is visible to those who can only see the outside. I AM worth the effort. I am going to nourish my body & cherish this day like its my last. This is my promise to me.

    Good for you. Keep it up. Much nicer to read this type of post than just about any other type....
