I need your support!

Hi, I'm Heather, and I want to get to know some of you and share the journey towards our weight goal. I get a little lazy and off track sometimes, so I need some friends to keep me accountable! :wink: My weight when I started was 190 and I've lost 12lbs. I do pretty well sticking to my calorie goal, but my exercise is inconsistent. Feel free to add me as a friend and tell me about yourself and your goals. Good luck everyone! :smile:

    Would also like some friends, so please add me. I'm starting at about where you were at the begining pounds-wise, but my problem is not so much the exercise, but food. My friend and I walk our dogs together most mornings so I at least get 30 mins a day. My problem is food! I live healthy stuff but also chocolate, ice cream and just plain old junk.

    I"m new too, I just got serious about 2 weeks ago about getting this weight / health thing under control. I've been having trouble eating ENOUGH calories every day, and when I complete my log every day it tells me I'm eating too few calories... but I"m not hungry... my dr. said I don't have to stick to the 1350 MFP recommends, but don't go under 1200 or my body goes into storage mode instead of burning mode. I was gung ho on the exercise the first week, but I've been battling a sinus infection and any kind of breathing is hard enough, so exercise has not been a priority this past week... sleep and breathing has been :blushing: Although I remember hearing somewhere that if you exercise when you're sick you get over it faster... Yesterday I was soooo far below my calories that I ate a HUGE plate of french fries (baked not deep fried) for dinner and STILL was under calories...
