Hey everyone.
I've been using MFP for a few months and I love it.
I've managed to drop down to my desired weight, so GOAL #1 achieved (woo-hoo).
Now I'm looking to put on some muscle and also drop down to a 8-10% body fat.
In order to do this, I need some friends near my area to discuss strategies, and also train together.
I do running and bodyweight strength training routines - HATE going to gyms.
If anyone is from Athens (more specifically close to Ag. Dimitrios) and are interested in meeting new fitness friends, add me!
