Running and cycling...especially if you bike with clipless pedals. The pulling-up motion makes my *kitten* positively burn when I'm pedaling hard. My butt damned-near defies gravity.0

Brazil butt lift. I just finished my first week and I already have shape being defined that I've never had before! I can literally feel the curve. It's fantastic!0

Single leg squats, ball leg curl, squats and even standing calf raises I can feel in my butt. I've been doing these for the last 2 months and am now noticing the changes.0

Cycling/spin classes have done wonders for toning my butt. This is probably tmi but I finally have a bit of a lift and that cute little crease underneath for the first time in my life! lol0
