Hi,
I did an intense strength training program on Friday... Every single one of my muscles is sore.. No really, EVERY ONE! I notice I am also retaining a lot of water...
Is it normal to retain water when your muscles are sore???
Does anyone know?

Yep.. the muscles are repairing themselves. It will go away in a few days.0
