loose skin?

hiya. i have 65lbs to loose, just wondering if anyone has lost a similar amount and whether u have been left with loose skin or not? if not, did u do anything in particular u think helped avoid it?

be sure you're getting enough protein -- a collagen supplement especially would be helpful, as that is what gives skin it's elasticity. also, keep your skin moisturized inside and out. plenty of lotion, and plenty of WATER. and unfortunately, the faster you lose weight, the more likely it is that you'll have loose skin :frown:0

Don't lose to fast. Your skin will shrink back to where it is supposed to be but that takes time. 1 - 1.5 lbs a week is healthy. If you lose to fast you will have lose skin. Definitely moisturize. There are lotions that will help restore elasticity but don't fall into gimmicks. Just lose at a decent rate and you should be okay.0
