Ok my fitness switch (for cardio stuff at least) has definitely been flipped & got stuck to on. Plans to go blow **** up today were cancelled & I hadn't heard anything, so I headed out for a walk.
I walked 7 k going by google maps, before I got a call about todays activities, I had about an hour to get back to my hotel etc before I was getting picked up. With a short hitch I got back to my hotel, making my walk for today a total of 11kms. Instead of taking the lift back to my room, I took the stairs.
I took the freaking stairs!!
6 flights of stairs, and I ran up them.

I don't know what's happened, but I do like it! Now to just get the lifting switch thrown!

    Woohoo!! Stairs, amazing. No matter how much cardio I do, I still friggin' hate the stairs.

    I still hate stairs, but can't seem to avoid them now, it's definitely a lifestyle change I am working towards, 2 out of 3 switches thrown now (Diet and cardio) now just to get that damn lifting one done! And to keep the cardio once I am home and back to normal routine.
