O.k so I was talking to a friend about being a weightloss buddy seeing as I have fell off the wagon and it happened to hit me that doing a bunch of mini goals adds up in the long run to one huge goal but at a healthy speed. Depending on weight and size a goal could be 10lbs,15lbs or even 20lbs every 6 weeks. I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and I'm ready to start being healthy again and This time I will stick to it no matter what, I will not ever let a "slip up" ruin my chances at a happy life again. So, my mini goal Starting today the 1st is 20lbs in 6 weeks. 6 weeks from now is SEPTEMBER 12TH!
I will weigh in every two weeks and post atleast once a day on what I'm doing. If anyone else wants to join go right ahead! But I warn you now, you will see this post a lot! Hard work will pay off with a mix of excercise and diet! I'll also post recipes that are healthy! I look forward to the future!

Hey girl! Good job on loosing all that weight!!! I have jus tstarted using this site about 3 weeks ago. I have been struggling for a long time and like how precise this is. It has really kept me on track, and made me realize how many calories I really do consume in a day! (did you know how much is in a Bloomin Onion!OMG!) Anyway, I would like to help you on your journey, and we can help each other. I check the site often (2-5x daily) and I enjoy reading topics and success stories, as well as things to avoid that other people have learned about...
Anyway, I will gladly weigh in with you on Sundays. I am in Indiana, so I am on EST, but I usually weigh-in in the morning, first thing when I wake up. Im not very computer savy and dont know how to do "threads" and stuff, I dont even know how to request or look for friends. I think Ive made my "ticker" but am unable to view it. Anyway, I am 250 and would like to be 150. If you have any tips for me I would greatly appreciate it!
Sincerely,
Jennifer:flowerforyou:0 -

Hello Jennifer! and thank you!!!
Glad you found me!I think the hardest thing about weightloss is taking the first step. Everyday when you wake up it makes it easier if you start off healthy. I noticed when I woke up and chose a healthy meal I would continue the rest of the day. Also adding alot of fresh foods helps. Whole food fills us up faster than processed and lasts longer in our bodies as fuel. Simple carbs are bad, like refined sugars but complex carbs are good like whole wheat. grains ec.... I am so happy you joined! Please keep me up to date on your success!:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -

I had my Gallbladder removed yesterday. Now I have to stay away from added fat. The doctor told me my liver is enlarged again so it gives me more motivation to get halthy and stay that way. I have been mainly eating fresh blueberries, banannas, and healthy choice soups. Its a lot more easy for me with two little kids, a daughter who is not yet 2 and a 7 week old son. I will post my weight next sunday. Lets hope!0
