meds and appetite

I find on days when I take my meds (.5 Mg xanax) I eat like a hog @ night.It only happens when I take my pill which isn't everyday. Anyone else have that problem?

It says Xanax increases hunger. I am on some meds that i think are part of my weight gain. just a nasty side effect. maybe have some high protien\low fat choices ready for when the hunger strikes?

That sounds good but I crave sugar chocolate especialy.those 100 calories packs r great -unless u eat 3 @ a time like I've been known 2 do! When this box is gone I'm buying no more!
