Hi there,
I love sprats... and I normally put them under the broiler with a little salt, pepper and olive oil... but I was wondering if anyone else has some good ideas on how to cook them .. I wish they were fresh, but I've never seen them down here in S. Florida... which is just plan wrong if you ask me....
