I absolutely love helping others reach and maintain their health and fitness goals! My fitness pal is a great accountability tool to help track your daily calories and activity! I'm hooked!
I've had 5 children over the last 17 years and have gained 80lbs with each one of my pregnancies! I'm definitely at my 'comfort zone' weight right now and would like to lose about 20lbs to get to my pre-baby weight!
Looking forward to making new friends!!!

I have just joined yesterday. I am part of the Biggest Loser put on by my local gym. I am still waiting on my meal/fitness plan from my trainer since I work out 6 days a week for 1 hour a day (most of the time) I have not lost or gained. Like you I gained 45lbs during my pregnancy 2 years ago! I figure it's high time to start trying to lose it!
