Did you stay within you nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
45 minutes on Elliptical - 30 min Nautilus

What would I have done differently? Nothing... maybe eat some more calories

What is today's personal goals?
I think not eating all my workout calories is not helping me... I am sure I will eat all my calories today since I am having dinner out with friends. Hopefully will get in a workout too...

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I ordered a chicken breast sandwhich with no dressings on it, and saw that the breast was HUGE so I cut it in half and then reassembled my sandwhich! Then I ordered a green tea from starbucks instead of a white hot chocolate!

    What would I have done differently? I probably would have worked out a little bit more and not eaten 8 chicken wings, maybe 6.

    What is today's personal goals?
    I am going to do 20 more minutes of aerobics, try to pick up some squash so i can try a new recipe, and do my stats hw!(yeah right to the last one ba ha!):laugh:
