Hey guys. Just started using this site and app to help with tracking how much of my guidelines I'm having.
Just bit of info about me.
I'm 24, beginning of the year I was 23 stone (146kg/322lbs) for the first months I hit dieting REALLY hard and managed to loose 3 stone in 2 months. I joined a gym and started exercising and then doing weights. Eating more as exercising and gaining muscle mass too.
It's now 5 full months later and I am now just under 16 stone (100kgs/221lbs). I have surpassed every challenge I have set myself. Examples have been.
Do a push up. (Can do 5 sets of 10 now)
Do a dip. (5 sets of 20)
Weigh 16 stone by July.
Run at 6.0 mph for 30 minutes
Ride on an exercise bike 5.0 miles in under 8 minutes.
Stuff like that.
My aim is to get down to about 14 stone and start bulking up to about 15 stone, but shall see how I feel after I have reached it and how I feel I look.
