My new 2 favorites... but not together!

First, my new favorite breakfast is French Toast made with:
3 pieces of Arnold's Light Wheat bread (40 calories per slice)
1/4 cup of egg beaters (30 calories)
2 tbsp ground cinnamon (35 calories)
spray butter (about 16 calories in 20 sprays)
4 tbsp Spring Tree Sugar Free syrup (18 calories)
total of about 145 calories
Also, I tried Walden Farms Honey BBQ sauce today. It's "calorie free" but of course there are trace (very, very little) calories in it. It has no fat, no carbs, no sugar, and no preservatives. The ingredients are as horrifying as you'd think for something that's virtually calorie free, and it's absolutely amazing
The ingredients in it are: Water, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, white distilled vinegar, cellulose gel, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate, natural flavors, cayenne pepper, red cabbage coloring, sucralose.
